I get a message asking me if I want to upgrade Flash.
Why don't I hear any sound.
I can not open the PDF 's - what do I do?
I do not know how to download the mp3's - what do I do?
Q. I get a message asking me if I want to upgrade Flash. What is this?
A. When you try to play an audio message on this website the player checks to make sure your computer has the correct components to play the message. If the computer does not, the player gives you the message to upgrade so you can hear the audio message. So when you see such a request, I suggest you accept it. When you accept it, bridgetolight.com receives no information about you or your computer.

Q. Why don't I hear any sound when I click the play button for the audio in the navigation bar?
A. Though this might sound silly, check to make sure your speakers are turned on, plugged in to the correct jack, turned up and your volume is not muted.
If you're on a dial-up line, or if the net is congested, it may take a few seconds before the sound starts playing.
Folks with alternate browsers (such as Mozilla or Opera) need to make sure they have the Flash plug-in that's specific to their browser. You can find them here: http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer/

Q. I can not open the PDF 's - what do I do?
A. If you can not open the PDF's that is because you probably do not have a PDF reader installed on your computer. If you do not have an e-book reader try this free one from "Adobe",

Q. I do not know how to download the mp3's - what do I do?
A. To download the mp3's "Right mouse click" on the mp3 (MAC users just click the link and hold down on the mouse button).
For Internet Explorer Choose "Save Target As..." and download the file to your desktop (in Netscape you choose "Save Link As...").
Once you select "save target as" or "save link as," a download screen will come up asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.
You should save the files to your "Desktop" or another folder you can easily find. Once you have downloaded the file, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to and double click the mp3 file to open it. This should launch your mp3 player.
